我認為親師溝通是維護學生學習和成長的重要一環。親師溝通做法如下:

 

1. 定期家長會議: 定期舉行家長會議,提供雙方互動的平台,分享學生的學業進展、態度和行為表現。

2. 使用多元媒介: 利用電子郵件、網站、手機應用程式等多元媒介,方便快速地分享重要資訊,例如課程安排、作業通知等。

3. 學生作品展示: 定期展示學生的作品和成就,這有助於家長更深入地了解孩子在學校的發展。

4. 回應家長疑慮: 積極回應家長的問題和疑慮,建立開放且透明的溝通機制,使家長感到受到尊重和重視。

5. 進行正向強調: 不僅在問題出現時聯絡家長,也應該在學生有進步或表現優異時與家長分享這些正向訊息。

6. 開放式諮詢: 提供家長機會就孩子的學習、行為或其他議題提出問題,促進雙方更深入的理解。

7. 共同制定目標: 與家長合作,確立共同的學習目標,並討論如何協助學生實現這些目標。

這些建議有助於建立積極的親師合作,確保學生得到全方位的支持,促進其學習和發展。

 

I believe parent-teacher communication is an important part of maintaining students' learning and growth. The parent-teacher communication practices are as follows:
 
1. Regular parent meetings: Regular parent meetings are held to provide a platform for interaction between the two parties and share students' academic progress, attitudes and behavioral performance.
 
2. Use multiple media: Use multiple media such as email, websites, and mobile apps to quickly and easily share important information, such as course schedules, homework notifications, etc.
 
3. Display of student works: Regular display of students’ works and achievements helps parents gain a deeper understanding of their children’s development in school.
 
4. Respond to parents’ concerns: Actively respond to parents’ questions and concerns, and establish an open and transparent communication mechanism to make parents feel respected and valued.
 
5. Provide positive emphasis: Not only contact parents when problems arise, but also share these positive messages with parents when students make progress or perform well.
 
6. Open consultation: Provide parents with the opportunity to ask questions about their children’s learning, behavior or other issues to promote a deeper understanding between both parties.
 
7. Set goals together: Work with parents to establish shared learning goals and discuss how to assist students in achieving those goals.
 
These suggestions can help establish positive teacher-teacher cooperation to ensure that students receive all-round support and promote their learning and development.
